Warranty Coverage

Products sold by PC Garage are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty periods vary depending on the product and manufacturer.


Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Electrical surges
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by viruses or malware
  • Overclocking or unsupported configurations
  • Customer-induced damage

Warranty Claims

Customers must provide:

  • Original purchase invoice
  • At least 3 Product Images with clear serial Number
  • Product serial number
  • Detailed description of the fault

Products may require inspection before warranty approval.


Repair or Replacement

Where a warranty claim is approved, PC Garage may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the defective product with the same or equivalent model; or
  • Facilitate warranty service with the manufacturer.

Warranty service times depend on manufacturer availability and spare parts.


Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting devices for repair. PC Garage shall not be liable for any loss of data during diagnostics, repair, or warranty service.
