Custom PC Builds
Assembly begins after confirmation. Custom builds are generally non-returnable except for defects or legal rights.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply. Damage from misuse, liquids, overclocking or unauthorized repairs is excluded.
Returns
Subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content belongs to PC Garage or licensors.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the purchase price to the extent permitted by UAE law.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the UAE with jurisdiction in Dubai courts.
